Hi All,

Did post this elsewhere but didn't have much responce.

I'm having trouble naming my last fish. I'm trying to choose names that'll be completely unique so these will be the only fish called what they are - here's where I've got to, in size order.. any ideas on the last would help:

1: Big Show - By far the biggest, aptly named
2: Rick Whaller - After that fat bloke from TV. Not as big as Big Show, but still much bigger than others
3: ?
4: Jeremiah - Just 'cos a fish called Jeremiah sounded kinda cool, in an odd way.

I thought of "Nameless" as in "Hero" or something with a plurel like, but NOT "The Village People"
Could be quite funny, or as i put ?, What about "The artist formaly known as Prince"

So any ideas on no 3? - Remember! - VERY unusual names please - Celebrities/Famous names welcome

many thanks

FF

I don't name my fish anymore.
The only place I refer to them really is just here, and half the time I call them by their official name.
Plus I usually forget them just days after I name them.

Maybe... Gill? ;)

Not to original..

I like the idea of naming it something plural, The Brady Bunch, The Village People, The Sopranos??!!

..or maybe liek I said before, Nameless.

Just wondering if anyone else had any ideas before I decide. They're easy to tell apart so doubt I'll forget.

How about 'the holy trinity'
or maybe some other biblical refference, they always sound cool especialy if said by Samuel L Jackson

I always go for the most obvious names possible, like my july cory's are all called July, my Oscar is called Oscar, the Parrot fish is called Polly.

Gone for a bit of a change with celeb names recently though, got a pair of firemouth chiclids, they've got a right trout pout so they're called Vicky (Beckham) and Leslie (Ash).... both boys but never mind!

what sort of fish is he?

He's a black widow tetra. Quite liking Nameless at the moment though, or something really silly like a long name with a double barrel surname. James love-Huwitt?? !!

Some long name suggestions anyone??

If he is a fast swimmer how bout "fast little bugger" or if he is biggish and slow how bout "lazy arse"? lol

How about "Eastwood" who was the Man with No Name. Or "Yojimbo," the movie A Fistful of Dollars was a remake of? Also in the movie Yojimbo, the hero gives a false name of Sanjuro Kuwabatake which means "Thirty-Something Mulberry Field" --- that would be a good name. He gave that name because it was his age range and what he saw in the distance.
