name that fish?

hello i just wondered if someone can help me? i bought a black moor a while back when he was about an inch long and after a week he started getting a bit of gold on his bottom half then a few weeks later he was all gold, i just thought you guys might know what kind of fish hes called as none of my lfs know any help would be great

He is still a blackmoor. Black isnt a stable colour for a fancy goldfish and most will start to turn gold from the bottom up as they age.
Show quality bred blackmoors tend to keep the black for a lot longer. HTH

fish colour fed for sale often revert back to gold ,only way round it is to colour feed them back to black this has a downside of turning the other fishes colour as well
