Name of this fish?

It’s a green spot puffer - high end brackish to marine fish commonly sold to freshwater but should not be kept in just fresh for long.

Needs quite a complex diet of shellfish, crustaceans, green foods and more traditional food like bloodworm some will take flake and pellet too.

Not a fish to add to an existing community but can bet really rewarding if you set the tank up specifically for their needs

What food can make his/her teeth healthy and strong like in nature?
Like @Wills said, they need live food that has shells. But not only that they also need brackish to salt water which is way more complicated than freshwater.
If you are new to the hobby please consider getting a dwarf sized freshwater pufferfish.
Their not as hard to care for as saltwater fish.
Also be aware the all pufferfish are pretty aggressive and will kill anything in their tank.
This includes:
Other fish, snails, shrimp, and small crabs.

Not fully accurate there are 3-4 species of freshwater puffer that can live with other species. Red eyes, Schoudenti, South American Puffers and Dwarfs can all have communities built around them. Thinks like Fahakas, Abei, Palembang and Potatoes are all wet pets though in one per tank.

Wills

Ehhh... Even those red eyes have been known to attack.
I wouldn't attempt really. Seems risky

Most people overhere will feed these puffers snails. Once a months I scoop all snails out in a number of tanks. These snails will be offered for free to people who have puffers. So, each month I've got people over to collect those snails.
