Ph and Hardness are optimal for all fish in the tank.
I can't tell you right away that you missed something important there. Mollies like hard water. Neons like softwater. So I think you skipped over very important info that could explain things.
But the mollies are new arrivals, and they have bred. What's the reading on the hardness, GH, Kh or TDS?
