Walmart has 'em, the little yellow ones.

Do they duplicate/multiply like crazy?

according to www.aqualandpetsplus.com, mystery snails are monoecious, meaning that males only have male reproductive organs and females only have female reproductive organs.

so you'd need at least a male and a female to have eggs. apple snails, on the other hand, are dioecious and either sex can reproduce on its own.

Do you think I could safely put one in my 10 gallon tank? In it I have 2 dwarf gourami fish (male and female, 3 scissortails 2 corys and 1 endler.

Youve got this the wrong way round (another reson why scientific names are best to use).
Apple snails are Pomacea species. They need seperate sex snails to breed, they will not breed on their own.
Mystery snails is a name applied to both apple snails, and trapdoor snails (Viviparus species) in the states. Trapdoor snails were called mystery snails because they only need one snail to breed, so the babies appeared as a "mystery".
