Mystery plant that is strange and very delicate

Sorry for the poor photos. It is growing in a jug in the window with some rotala rotundifolia which gives a bit of scale and there’s a fair bit of algae making it hard to get a clear image. The plant is a very tiny, very spindly trailing tangled stem.

I think it looks cool too. I might put in the shrimp tank I’m soon to set up or in the betta tank so the baby shrimp can hide in it. It is a carnivorous plant but I think it only eats really tiny things like Copepods.
