I thought that my goldies were getting big and handsome enough to show them off a bit
I only have two - thank god, I don't have the right climate for a pond - who live together in a 30 gal, soon to be upgraded to a 75 gal
Their names are Tangaloor Firefins (mostly white with orange on fins and eyes) and Grizraz (orange with white side and band over nose). They started off life VERY rough (hence only 6in at 1 year); feeders dying of Ich, then were kept in a 5 gallon by my mom
Thankfully I was able to convince her that they needed a nice big tank, and they're now fat, healthy, 6 inch beauties. So, enjoy the pics. I know the tank is ugly as sin and I need a good algae clean-up, but since we're switching them so soon, it seemed silly to re-do everything.
(aw, too bad, it would be way cute if it wasn't so blurry)
Also, out of curiosity, is there any particular reason as to why Grizraz's body shape is so different from Tangaloor? They both have the same fins and basic physical traits, but Grizraz is more flat and tall, and Tangaloor is shorter and rounder. They both look like commons, but they're definately different.
