Ok so I went to do a test on the water just now and noticed the water level had dropped. Looked all over the floor and could find no leaked water or anything. I then opened the lid and was presented with this (Link format as the image is quite large):

The water is at 24oC and the heater isn't even turned due to being a piece of **** and I need to buy a new one before I stock the tank. When I say the heater is a piece of **** I say this because it's lowest setting raises the water to 35oC lol

What can I do to stop this? Is this normal?

You don't say how much water had dopped on your tank, but I do get a little bit of condensation on my tank due to heat of the lights so when I open the hood of tank, water is everywhere under hood, so I just wipe that off. The loss of water is hardly noticeable, at most maybe 5mm of water loss in a week, I do water changes every week anyway and top up to the max mark on tank.

Perhaps the heat from you piece of poop heater is causing more condensation than is normal, so chuck that and get a decent new one. I use Fluval E heater, so simple and easy to use, reliable temperature control and LCD easy to read. (as long as my plants does no block the view of LCD lol)

Then take it from there. One step at a time.

I'm not sure in ML how much has dropped, it's a 95L tank (W80 x D30 x H40cm) and it has dropped by about 0.75cm

Less than a cm? Nothing to worry about really IMO unless you say 7.5cm then different story.

My tank is 95litres also but dimensions slightly different though and am not worried about losing up to max of 1cm due to condensation.

But do change your heater if you are not confident with it anyway and see what happens.

I don't know which part of UK you live, but perhaps you have had a heatwave recently? That may contribute to condensation of your tank but to be honest, no by much though.
