So I've had 4 ottos for a couple months and I've had ottos before them. Usually they are active during the day and don't hide much. Atleast all the ones I have had.

I have a little plane wreck in my tank which my ottos used to play in but would never stay in for a very long time. Now all of a sudden they are hiding in it and I really don'y know why all of a sudden they just won't come out. They have been in there for the last couple of days... They aren't dead cause I've checked and the tank is getting growing a lot of algae again so it isn't because there isnt anyfood anywhere else. They usually do a really good job of cleaning all the green algae but now they aren't eating it. I was worried that they don't want to eat it so i put some algae wafers that they usually eat in there and I haven't seen them eat it and the rest of my fish are nibbling on them.

I think i remember that I read somewhere that this happened to someone else (well at least the hiding) and babies appeared after a little while... Is this possible? I've also read that it is very difficult to breed them so I'm really confused >.<
