The most thorough way is probably by using a solution of 1 part bleach to 19 parts water. Be VERY thorough and get right into every corner, preferably with something like a new nailbrush or a cheap toothbrush. Make sure you rinse it out VERY thoroughly several times, just to be on the safe side, that should do it.
