My Tanks

[Mad Duff]

I only have 8 tanks running at the moment, once the wife has got the decorating over and done with I will be setting up 2 or 3 more but these are what I have running at the moment:

My smallest tank, Aquastart 500 with Yunanilus loaches and Danio tinwini

44 gallon rivertank - serpenticobitis and gastromyzon loaches and stiphodon gobies

39 gallon mixed loach tank

20 gallon - used as a Q tank at the moment for 4 spiny eels and a small group of Botia rostrata

38 gallon species tank - houses a group of 13 Yasuhikotakia splendida

75 gallon mixed loach tank

75 gallon Yasuhikotakia sidthimunki tank

250 gallon mixed loach tank

Only 8 tanks and more when the wife is done decorating...... I hate you seriously 8 and more coming not fair I have to fight to even have one.....

Amazing collection though I think you are seriously underselling the tanks though more pics especially of the 250 gallon

i am jealous now your tanks a cracking {pardon the pun }
i used to have fourteen at one time
nine of mine were a breeding and rearing on
project the other five were my display tanks
i had two 5x2x2 one three foot and two tanks
for my fighters ant the odd which were H/T and Q/T
tanks which i set up as i needed them so i did
count them

for my fighters ant the odd which were H/T and Q/T
tanks which i set up as i needed them so i did
count them

Will you just type things normally!!! It makes it awkward to read when you do your stupid excessive use of the ENTER key

Big_eyes & walkers101 - no I do have the right calculations for my tank sizes and am not getting litres and gallons mixed up

The 2 75 gallon tanks for instance are 48"x18"x26" which actually works out to around 81 gallon but allowing for the 2" of space above water works out to 75 gallon, pretty much all of my tanks are odd sizes and specially made to fit into spaces I want them to go into so most have odd depths or widths to maximise the space.

I think what you see is a full tank pic. Look at the size of that banana in front of the tank for example......

Wow, thats alot of tanks. I get moaned at for having 4 tanks running and i only have a 280L, 180L and x2 70Ls lol. I agree with Wills, you would be doing your tanks far more justice if you took more photos of each and posted them Also you'd be pleasing us all if you did so.

That is more or less a full tank shot, the only bits hidden are by the two large plants at either end which hide the internal powerheads that give flow along the bottom and surface, the tank is 84"x28"x30"

Maybe for the seriously over sensitive folk of the universe.......it wasn't said as a harsh dig. There was light heartedness behind it.
