Very nice, how long has your tank been setup for. Also what is your stocking list?

I brought the tank 3 mths ago as a FO set up. With the intention of turning it into a reef tank. The stock that came with it were:
Cardinal
Bi Colour Angel
2 clown
2 blue devil damsels
2 yellow tail damsels
2 Large damsels (plain blue)

I had to give away the Bi colour and 2 Lrg damsels as they were eating my medusa coral which my friend gave me to see how well it takes. Also i put in 30kg of LR and the SEIO power head.
Got a good CUC snails, hermits, Arrow head, sand sifter and bristle star.

Going to get a mushroom coral and pulsing coral of my friend at the weekend.

that's a shocking amount of algae on the substrate, do you test for nitrates / phosphates?
