My T5 Rio 125 Light Bar Has Packed Up :(

as above its packed up, and i dont want to do what is in the pin at the top because its two months old! it was working earlier and now its gone

should i email juwel? or take it back?

ive emailed them

it turns on sometimes, and then i tilt it at about 45 degrees and a hear a rattle and it goes off

a garden centre, im thinking a faulty terminal or connection because it will light and when i move it it goes out. and i dont want to open it because of the guarantee

The responsibility still lies with the garden center mate I recommend you take it back and politely ask for a replacement.
