I just adopted this little guy from a friends boyfriend. The guy didn't know how to properly care for it at all. When I asked when the last time he had fed it, he said "I don't remember" It's underweight and has the beginning stages of MBD, but it will make a recovery with enough food and calcium :) . He's not hand tame, so I'm going to have to work with him everyday

These are the pics I took of it last night, I'll post more pics when I get it fattened up. He was calling it Jack, but I don't like that name. I have no iea what to name him lol

Not that skinny :good: Should be easy to get him to a good weight.Keep a bottle cap with pure calcium powder in there and if he takes pinkies feed him 1 every 2 weeks until he is up to weight.Morio mealworms are also good for fattening them up.

Not that skinny...but underweight. It's the same age/size as my other leo and half her weight. Yea, I know about the calcium lol. He's not going to get pinkies as they are hard to digest. Mealies dusted well will do the job just fine

Ok, well thought i would post to be on the safe side. :good: Sorry

good luck, well done for looking after him, im sure he will be better off :)

Good on you for taking him in. Hopefully, he'll be back to full health soon. ;)

That actually confused me too, when I read:

what I actually read it as saying was:

"I just adopted this little guy from my boyfriend. I don't know how to properly care for it at all."

I think Cheesy Feet and I need to read a bit better

Anyway, nice little thing, nice of you to look after it too.
