marianne from bcbetta recently bred a line of copper ct, i hear she is asking around $100 for them though think i'm going to have a go at breeding my mustard gas copper plakat with one of my ct girls and develop my own line, a lot cheaper
i love wasan's fish, now, if he would only answer my emails and visit my own forum sometime. he and attison are proving elusive, strange considering how often i stick up for them when people attack them for selling fighter plakats

Wou. they breed for money huh? LOL Not hobby? It is funny to put a price of the betta. People willing to pay is the one count. If I got it breed, I will let them go cheaper so everyone can have it. LOL
Wasan told me that this hybird is hard to breed. 50 the most as what he told me. Will see how next year gonna be. Oh. I did finally breed red chilli sulthaisine halfmoon from Chok
and the female is a red halfmoon from Maximus. So this is my new line of red halfmoon then. I took out 100 babies to the big tank now and still got 100 left in the hatching tank.

how long have you been breeding yeeviabetta? sounds like you have all the right connections as far as getting breeding stock, chok is one of the tops right now, very nice fish. how do you know wasan? just through the internet or have you been to thailand?

I been breeding since I was 7 but those are veiltail until my teenage age. Anyway, i stop breeding and only hobby as having cool fishs in the tank. I was from Malaysia. Then I come to USA and study. After all this years, I have done what I want to be, A ceramics and still as one.
I am eager to going back to hobby again because I saw so many beautiful type of betta in aquabid! Man! my mind hit back and tells me that I can breed betta! Easy.
So I read a lot in the web, checking every breeder web, up dating new techniques of breeding in a year before I really want to nreed them. If I breed, I will start from breeding the champoin type and talk to well known breeder from thailand. I don't want to wasting my time anymore because I am not teenager anymore. My time count so it is better to start getting good line.
Actually, I started to get bettas this summer end of august. It seems like I know most of the breeders from thailand now and I get few bettas from each. We keep emailing each other and that is how we know each other. My new batch of bettas is in USa now in a transhipper hand, Linda. She is sending my bettas on Jan 3. 15 all together. Will post more picture of them later. Wasan is helping me to find a good pair of gold betta for next year. That is my new project.

Opps, I love hot climate! hahaha. Hate cool weather. My house is set to 80 F all the time so all my bettas are in good shape! LOL

Been thinking about ordering a Fighter myself (not that I would place it in a fight or anything). Most he would ever get to do is flare at another Betta. But would be cool to have one.
