My puffer puffed

He was sitting in the corner of the tank a few hours after a big meal and then he shot to the middle and started bucking (like at a rodeo) and he would puff and shrink puff and shrink this went on for about 6 seconds. Anyone have similar experiences with dwarfs .

Wow.. no I haven't, but that doesn't sound very good at all! I hope someone else knows whats going on with your little one!

I've had one of my Dwarves puff up, but no bucking. Maybe he ate too much and got a cramp .....how's the little fella doing now?

I was going to ask how its doing too. I read that its NOT good for them to puff, that its actually painful for them so you dont want them to do it.

He is doing fine, I think. His appetite is back (he wouldn't eat for a day after he puffed not even live snails) and he hasn't done a thing differently but his sleep colors have changed he used to just lose his iridescence hen he went to sleep but now all the color drains from the centers of his spots leaving him with fuzzy rings and his lower jaw gets really dark .
