I have a common pleco thats around 6" and new to my tank. At first its colour was a deep black then it got infected with ick quite badly. It has now recovered, thanks to some meds and a ick eating bala shark 
. Recently its pattern has become really clear and its more brown with yellow lines rather than a solid black.
Is this a good sign?
