well i say planted, i mean shove as many live plants in as possible and see what happens! they've gone a bit mad since i started feeding them 4 months ago. added new ones this weekend (the ones with lots of little leaves at the back)

occupants are Korben Dallas the Betta, 2 Red Ramshorn Snails and 3 Otos (Wacko, Yacko & Dot)
it's a 7.5 US Gallon Mirabello.

if anyone can ID the plants i would love you forever. (got the java fern, no idea on the others)

EEEE -pokes your betta- so adorable :* i take it that he's a delta?

ANYWAYSSS pretty wood  i love the positioning

thanks guys! those big leafy things didn't use to be that big! that's why their still at the front, the betta likes to sit on it there and watch me. he is a super delta :)

the water line is low because of the stupid filter, it's one of those built in at the back ones, if it was any higher the outflow would be underwater.

Outlet is fine under of water. Just unsure there is considerable water aggitation.
Bettas being anabantibs naturally thrive in oxygen depleated water anyways.

I have a 600l aquarium with some big cichlids, all the filter outlets are underwater. I just ensure there is sufficiant water aggitation.
many thanks.
Dany.
