my Pirhana is dying

so I have been gone for a week doing the whole family thing.... and when I get back I notice that one of my pirhanas has a small fungal growth on his lower jaw. but that isn't even the problem... this afternoon my other one starts going through his death throws and since Iwant to make sure that he is dead before I bury his hinnie......but this is what happened. I medicated The tank this morning like I have been for the past couple of days then feed them this afternoon and it is just after he ate that he started acting like he didn't know up from down and had no control over his swimming and not breathing at all it is almost like he was choking but he alway spits out what he can't swallow so any guesses would help

yeah not only does he die but and I am not kidding tem minutes later his brother died. thats okay becasuse now that opens up another tank for me and so now I have to decide what to replace them with.
