It could be a balloon platy that is fat or it has intestinal worms. I would deworm all the fish and see what happens after that.

I just got some Platy’s and they perked up quite a bit when I provided some hiding places for them . Dense plants will work . I used yarn spawning mops which are a sort of fake plant and their whole personality changed . They are more outgoing now . I also see some kind of tetra in the background of your picture . Most fish get along okay in a community aquarium but I think it’s more a tolerating of each other . Watch her closely and see if she’s apprehensive of some of the other fish . I prefer species only aquariums . It just plain always works best .

Are you sure she's pregnant for it could also be an internal problem. She doesn't look like a balloon platy. Ballooon platies are more compact in shape than this one does.
