Here are some pics of my demasoni....I love these little guys They are mean little buggers though.
I can't get any real close pictures of them due to the fact that I can't can't close enough before they dart under a rock!!!

Hey freshmike i saw some of those in a display tank at my lps with electric yellows. Do you think that they could go with a few electric yellows in a 29?

I think they would go well together....might have a few fights, but, you kinda gotta expect that with most cichlids!

Sounds good how many of each sould i put in. BTW i was thinking of breeding the electric yellows cuz ive read there easy too and im a first time breeding. Do you think i should make a all electric yellow tank or add some of those Demasonis with them.

Both are very skiddish fish, so having the two breeds together would probably cure that a little....I would suggest getting 3 of each, 1 male and 2 females.

And yes electric yellows are pretty easy to breed and pretty easy to sell as well considering you don't need to worry about color.....they pretty much have color as soon as they lose their egg sacks!

I don't know yet!!! These guys are still pretty small, I hear the fry grow very slow as well.....
