Well, my air pump is too noisy to leave on full time, but the guppies LOVE it, they are racing around chasing the food as it gets blown about.
I know it's a bit full and busy but in the excitement I just chucked in everything I had, now I'm going to start refining it a bit, add a background, hopefully replace a few of the tackier plastic plants with real ones. A lot of the plants came with the tank (the ones at the front) if anyone can ID them for me that would be ace.

I'm planning on stocking with my three male guppies + five more (possibly male endlers if my LFS don't get some nice boys in soon)
And some cories once the tank is fully mature.
And maybe a trio of honey gouramies, although I am not completely sure about that yet, I don't want any nipping.

Tank is 30g.

Nice tank, if it were me I would leave it as it is, just move the crypts back and keep the front bare or add a ground covering plant.
The plants at the front look like cryptt beketti, a slow-ish growing root feeder.Try not to fiddle around with them to much because they may 'melt' causing the plants to die.

Ooooh very nice indeed. Looks like a tornado in your tank

And i so want the bit driftwood you got in your tank. swap u for a large bit bogwood

Again very nice set up

That wood is £20 a piece from Maienhead Aquatics. And its not wood at all. Its ceramic. I have yet to buy the one on the right, but have the one on the left. I'd highly recommend them.

Yes, they are both plastic. The wood I spent £7 on (ebay), it's hollow and I got it for my future cories. The other bit came FREE with my tank! Bought two (my 2.5 tank plus a 3 foot for my friend's goldies) for £70 altogether. Included 3 heaters, 3 filters, 2 buckets of gravel, plants, decor, lights, stands etc. The guy I bought them off (Lee) has some lovely tanks and fish advertised on Aquarist Classified if anyone in Norwich is interested, and I can thoroughly recommend him. I need to downsize the airpump though, it's like a jacuzzi in there... although I'm already thinking it would run half a dozen sponge filters no probs if I start breeding livebearers!!!
