yeah theyre just so cute, i still cant belive how small they are!!

will they grow to the same size as my others?

yeah i like my new subtrate, took me a few attempts to get one i like, and this one is the one i think!!

Hi Fisses

They get to be about 2" fully grown. They are one of the smaller corys, but bigger than the dwarf species. The male will usually be smaller.

So probably the same size as my peppered?

No, the C. paleatus will be nearly an inch longer and much more chunky. C. pandas will always give the impression of being dainty in comparison.

i dont't mind, theyre well cute and have already bonded with my pepepred darting all over the tank for hours on end!!!

quick question tho, about corys?

at the moment i'm feeding them with just flakes, and probably once a week maybe every 2 weeks some bloodworm which they dont really seem to eat.

is there anything else i can give my peppered/pandas such as algae wafers or anything to give them some variety?

Hikari makes a good sinking wafer for bottom feeders. My corys love them.

I'm surprised that they don't especially like the bloodworms. Corys should have a fair amount of meat in their diet.

No they do eat the bloodworms, but just dont seem to bothered when i put them in the tank.

they eventually eat them though
