is this good?

its comes with

dual gauge CO2 regulator with build in solenoid valve and 6 output manifold (all with needle valve control). A 5lb CO2 tank is also included, a 5lb tank running 6 tanks with roughtly 1 bubble/ second for <11 hrs/day will last about 2.5 months to 3 months

That's a pressurized CO2 system. It will work great for you. I'd like to get a 6 output manifold eventually; I could really use one of those suckers!

My 5 lb. pressurized system has lasted 8 months. It's only used for one 55 gallon aquarium though.
