My new boys

My new boys arrived on Thursday from Bettaman and I've let them settle down for a couple of days before I tried to photo them. Little devils are so fast that I've really struggled to get any good ones. Here is the best I could do for now.

They are in beanies in a 5g tank for now while I wait to free up space in the divided tank. Terry who is named after the chocolate orange, has already built me a lovely bubblenest and Galaxy has built a very small one too. Although they are near the juvies from my spawn they don't flare at them or eachother at all. My guys flare at eachother all day

I plan to breed them hopefully in the Autumn when I have more time so will be looking for some nice females from Bettaman in the coming months

just found some possible dt in a spawn from march.........but don't know what they will be as can only just see them......sorry to here your sons fish passed on...and it must be all this rain were having for the nest building, as i have a red super delta in a thick soup of almond leave as he has been not well and i just fed him some bloodworm's and at the back of the tank is a huge nest and he is in the dark room well no lights in his corner so i will have a look at him tomorrow as he must be better.........infact i think all my male have bubbles in the tanks......time for another spawn...... glad to see they are fine and enjoying ther new home
