I bought a new BN plec on Sunday (Bob), fantastic looking fella with big old bristles. But.. hes found his home under some rocks that I have in place as a little cave, but he is constantly trying to make it bigger. He's be shaking his tail and blasting sand all over the tank and creating big piles if sand around the rocks. He's also been digging elsewhere too.
Does your BN cause destruction to your tank..?

He seems to have taken over the tank and anyone who gets in his way gets grief...be it our 2 synos or Bonnie, the female BN. He also seems to be throwing substrate all over the place. I wonder how the dynamics will change when we get our full african cichlid complement...
