Well I got a new betta on Sunday from......Walmart! While shopping there, decided to see if they had fish or bettas....sure enough...and they seemed to be in bigger cups...good for them!
Well I couldn't resist and bought a reddish and aqua colored betta.
The first day or so he would eat and spit his pellets back out. But I think he ate some later. Had me concerned that he didn't like the pellets, but read here that bettas may not eat for a couple days when new.
Today he seemed to keep the pellets down, so I am happy about that!
He is building a bubble nest too , so I am hoping all is well!
P.S. My only betta died a month ago, so this will be my second one.
