TELL ME ABOUT IT!!
I came home from work today and found a mountain in the middle of my tank! It was about 4 inches up the glass!!! I know nothing about these fish, so it came as a surprise to see. They are plastic plants

The tank is a 4foot one, i havn't got a clue whay gallon that is though (i'm a beginner)
It came from a friend of mine, who actually made the cabinet and stand so its a one off.
My biggest parrott is about 4.5 inches without tail. i have one about 4 inches and the others vary from 2.5 3.5 inches.

I have a parrot at 3inches without thetail he is the biggest.I have 2 about 2inches each without tail.Funny things arent they,they all have very different personalities.My orange one nearly talks to me.My blue is definately the dominant fish in my tank.do you give yours cucumber?mine adore it

Mine are all orange. I have heard they come in different colours and i think a few of these were pink/blue when first bought but changed to orange. why is that? cucumber?? really?? ive not heard of that! how would i give it to them??? I know what you mean about personalities, each of mine have thie own! they wait for me at feeding time. Do yours fight alot? i mean, i have one (the biggest) and he pushes the others around alot, he even pushed one to the floor yesterday, i told him off

I have 1 blue,1 yellow and 1 orange.yes they do push each other around,mainly the largest one pushes the others.Hes not nasty he doesnt nip them he pushes them with his head sometimes he gets carried away and shoves too hard!I give cucumber about twice a week.if you buy live rooted plants keep some of the lead weights off the bottom and then cut a wedge of cucumber off I usually make it about an inch thick,thread the lead through and it should sink.All my fish (sharks,clown loach,bristlenose,parrots,puffer)all love cucumber.I leave it in 24 hrs then take out the remainder which is usually just the skin!

thanks i will try that! my plants are all plastic so dont have any lead weights, what could i use instead??

LoL.....well these fish are hybrid, was firstly sold in Taiwan

well after reading http/www.deathbydyeing.org the you would understand more why all of them have different personalities.

some site says that you take out the parrot fish out from the tank and rearrange the stones, plants and bog wood then release the parrot fish back will solve the casing problem, some people tired and it work some didn't
