My New Apple Snail

Hi,

Its a spixi apple snail, i got some from snailshop.co.uk where they state they don't eat plants but mine will have a nibble, none of my other apple snails do. Have a look on www.applesnail.net for more information.

They stay a bit smaller than other apple snails, the ones i got at christmas are about half the size of the purples, ivorys and yellow that i got at the same time. they were all the same size when i bought them but the spixis are about an inch and the others and inch and half now. I think max size is an inch and haf for spixis but have a check on the applesnail.net site.
