my neons got issues, what gives?

: i have four neons in a 29 gallon planted community tank. one of the neons is missing a bit of his blue stripe and the other three are starting to get little white dots on their fins. is this neon tetra disease or ich. if ich what to do about it if neon tetra disease what's the best route. also i do water changes weekly and all the other fish seem to be healthy. what gives?

Sounds like ich to me. Crank the heat up to about eighty and change about half the water in the tank, keep the temp up for a few days. That's what I do anyways, but I don't have neons so I'm not sure if they are extra touchy or whatnot, so I'd read around the forum and see what old articles you can find on ich. Good luck!
