MY MOLLY IS DYING!

My medium black molly is looking very weak and litless! She's at the bottom on the tank not moving. Her breathing is slow. I love this girl and I don't want to lose her! Last week, I moved her into my 2.5 gallon hospital tank and treated her for fungus until tonight when she healed. When she was in tha bag, she stayed at the bottom and now that she's in the 46 gallon tamk her odd behavior hasn't changed. I offered her food, but she ignored it. What's wrong with Tara!

The tank has been established since January. I got this molly from a fish breeder in early February. Here's the water information:
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5.0
ph - 7.0
Temperature - 78 degrees

Please HELP!

I moved her into the hospital tank and added some medication for listless behavior. She's still on the bottom not moving. It'll take a miracle to save her! Poor Tara. Is there anything else I should do to try to save her?
