my mollie is standing on his tail?

i'm not sure if this is a case of swim bladder or not, but my mollie is either straight up, almost standing on his tail, or the opposite and standing on his head.

even weirder, he's contorting his body into a circle when he swims.

anyone know what is wrong with my snowflake??

Is it a male or female? My female molly gave birth right after I got her (didn't know she was pregnant) and now seems to be always standing on her tail with a curve like a r. Don't know what caused it.

no he's a male, so that's why i'm curious...

I had some fish like that.

Evently they would be premently bent in a right angle.


They all died no matter what i did.....

hmm, i'm just thinking that this is the first time he's really acting like this.

and it's not all the time

maybe it's a defense against other fish?

I've seen that happen when my 2 males mollies were in the same tank. The big one would circle and nip at the weaker. He would stand on his tail pretty much. Sign of submission I think.

Darn it. I was hoping somehow had the same problem as me with my female molly. Its been a few days as she still seems to be swimming that way. I hope she doesn't die.
