My Miracle Is Gone

Some of you might remember my green masked/copper geno delta female who I ordered off Aquabid. She had a crazy near death experience, and came back from pretty much being dead. She was so tough, we all named her Miracle. However, soon after that, she was never quite right... she got a touch of fin rot and though I immediately treated it, it spread to her body and in the last few days she had been so dropsied every single scale on her body was sticking straight out. She wouldn't eat, and she was just floating on her side, miserable. I told her to let go, and this evening I found her dead.


I'm almost convinced the guy send me a sick fish, she wasn't ever healthy. Maybe a bacterial infection, I don't know. And this was the girl I got to breed too, of course now I can't afford to get a new one. Ugh.


Bye Miracle. Thanks for being such a good girl for as long as you did.

Yeah I keep hounding him about it, since he said he would replace her if he had extras after all his orders were filled... however, the last reply I got was that he was still behind and to email him in a week, which I did a week ago, and still no answer. I have a feeling I'm gonna get nada.

Aww i'm so sorry to hear about Miracle She was one fighter she sure was. I know she enjoyed her time with you, see she didn't want to leave you til you said it was ok, that's so sweet and yet so sad. Sorry about her, RIP Miracle
