Thanks,I am looking foward to the video too kelly lol, hoping they will spawn when im around. the female is in her breeding colors but the male doesnt seem to care yet. i stole a nest from another male so he has been under there now and then. i put hot water in the tank and covered it loosely with ample airflow using sarran wrap so it whas been heated without a heater its up to them now.

Good luck! I've been thinking about keeping imbellis. Do they have different care requirements from the splendens (tank size, tank mates)? What's your breeding setup?
