My Lost Pelco

If there is someone out there who could PLEASE tell me what could happen to two pelco's in two months? I know that there is no other fish that would eat them and there is no way out of the tank. Thank you to whoever would like to take the time to help me with this problem.

How big were they?

If they were young i would hazzard a guess they are fine.

I have lots of babie BN in my tanks and they only appear every now and again.
