MY LOBSTER SHED BUT

i woke up today morning and i saw my asian tiger lobster had shed its skin! i was so amazed at first that i didnt realize it had ONE claw! where could it have gone? do ya think it would it grow back ?!?! im so confused and sad.. would my lobster be fine with just one claw? or do i need to start thinking of where to bury it ..plz help..bye

It will be ok. It will probably grow back actually. Haven't you ever caught a crab or crawdad with only 1 claw? They do just fine and since your tank doesn't have any natural predators, its all that much safer for the lil guy.

I watched a documentary about lobsters the other day and they made a big point in saying that lobsters could regenerate missing limbs over time

Losters have evolved so they can repair limbs and even grow a full claw or limb back. Its because in the wild losters fight over there mate and the fights between the male are very violent. some loose many leegs and a claw. Dont worry , give it a while. Your lobster is fine.
