As the title says they have about 24 in a holding tank with the description of:

Pigmy Puffer
3-4cm Max
Tropical
Easy to keep
Com fish no long fins.

ANY OTHER INFO would be helpful

Community Fish doesn't sound right. They're most definitely a species only tank, possibly with ottos. They're exceptionally aggressive.

i dont really think that they only a species tank, just avoid any tankmates that have long finnage or small (ie neon's) but is will probally be better if they were housed by themsleves. If you did house them allow at least five gallons of water per puffer (ie a 30 gallon tank could hold 6 puffers)

how old is your dwarf? this info gets thrown around here a lot, but dwarf puffers get exponentially more aggressive once they hit sexual maturity. and have you seen Sir Minion's rummynose carcass? that happened overnight to the entire school.

Yep, once again, this picture gets dragged out.

A school of tetras happily co-habiting with four dwarf puffers for several months then this happened to the whole school overnight one night.

puffers are not community fish

One day you WILL start losing neons and your gourami WILL get trimmed.

just saving time here... link to the original post can be found below:

If only we could automate the forum so the minute that people say dwarf puffer and community in the same post it automatically throws up that post. Could save a lot of time...

my dwarfs were not that aggressive.they where fin nippers though.i had them in community tanks with tetras ,osti, angels, guppies and a african frog.

NOTE:DO NOT PUT THESE IN WITH A AFRICAN FROG THAT IS BIG.THEY MAY GET EATEN AND THEN THROWN UP
