My Harlequin Rasbora's Mouth

one of my harelquins was around when i was feeding my Cichlids and ate some of the food, it was small enough for him to eat but too big for him to swallow, so hes got it stuck in his mouth/throat. This was all last night and its still in there this morning.. what can i do? he doesnt SEEM to be too stressed but his mouth is opening and closing regularly. what can i do?
