Hi
I have a guppy, not sure if its male or female.
But the last could of days it has been laying on the bottom of the tank.
All other fish in the tank are fine and it doesn't do it all the time. I have any other guppy that doesn't do it.
Any guess why it doing it?

yeah its eating fine and is swimming around at the moment, seems to have periods where it just wants to lay on the bottom has only started doing this in the last week

hmm im not sure then, i had a male that did this a lot and swam for food when needed but he was born like this and im sure it was a swim bladder issue.

is the other guppy the same, if they are both male the other could be picking on him, maybe he's just old and having a rest

No only one doing it. I have only had them both since January so dont think he's that old. there fins while swiming are tucked in but both look very pointy! so i presume they are males

it could be the fungus treatment effecting him somehow, due to interbreeding or there colour there immune system is much much weaker
