My guppy is floating nose down

After eating lunch today my guppy suddenly got a fat belly and is floating pointing nose down. She acts fine otherwise and is still showing interest in picking at algae.
Any ideas?

So we did a salt water bath and she pooped and now seems fine.

next time use peas salt water mightve stressed her out
