Everytime I see her she is worse. She lives with a snail in a 6 gallon cycled tank. She got constipated 4 days ago but even so I fed her as usual (a pinch of flakes once a day) for the first day, but then I got told that she should have some "food rest". Today is the third day she doesn't eat and I am buying peas so tomorrow I can feed her a skin-less pea. But I went to check her a few minutes ago and she was laying on the substrate, and only moved away when I got close. I'm scared of losing her and if I do at least I wanna know the reason.
Note that by I think it's constipation because she is very bloated, definietly not pregnant and has transparent poop. She pooped brown yesterday but only a little bit.

When you say transparent poop is it like white and stringy? Also, what are your water parameters

Her poop is stringy and it stays with her for a long while. I saw pictures of constipated guppies and she looks identical.

Hello. Have you tried plain powdered psyllium husk? I feed my fish a little from one of the plain capsules. I just open a capsule and add a little to my fishes' flaked food. It works much better than peas and is so much easier to use.

10 Tanks (Now 11)

Update: she's only moving her gills and has extremely almost invisible tiny white spots over her body. The spots are very few.

ich? pictures would be nice
She's already dead. I didn't take pictures.
However, I just remembered that my fry (on a separate tank) have also been dying, and they have the same sympthoms as the mother. They get constipated, stringy poop of course, then they stay at the bottom of the tank, and in a few hours they die.

She looked like this (a fish with ich) but with much more less bubbles. Only on her skin, not her fins or tail.
Edit: I have discovered dropsy and I think the things I thought were spots might be scales. My guppy fry had almost all symthoms of dropsy, but I wanna know if it was bacterial or because of another factor.

The symptoms that you were describing initially with the bloating, white stringy poop, and then ending up on the bottom(from what I understand) is a sign that it could have parasites, and it could have then picked up ich as a secondary infection as it’s immune system was weakened. @Colin_T has helped me before with identifying treatment for worms so let’s see his opinion.

that picture is clearly ich...whether your fish have less or more of it it's just a matter of how many parasites have infected the fish
there's a thread on it as a main "useful link" on the right and how to treat it labelled "What is ICH?"
