Fish Gatherer
FINALLY it's almost finished and what a nightmare this has been from start to finish. I would have taken more pictures as I went but I kept changing my mind about what to use and there were various fails(including a trip to A+E to get stitches in my leg). At one point I was gonna scrap the lot and just go back to fake plants and kitchen roll.
The plants are birds nest ferns, wandering jew, dragon plant, baby tears(not sure how this will do but I'll give it a go), pothos, spear plant and a few broms. The substrate is eco earth mixed with organic compost. For the background/sides I used egg crate which I stuck sheets of coco bark to and attatched pieces of drainpipe. I also used expanding foam to help stick the cork bark to the drainpipe and make some planting shelves (also to close up any gaps that a gecko could get stuck in). I then arranged the panels in the tank and stuck the whole mess to the glass with silicone (it's then I broke the door).
Any questions or suggestions then ask away. I hope the clumsy #16##### geckos dont wreck it too much
Mo (im having to part with this little guy too )
