My fishes

I got the two long tails from Petco. I believe they are both Deltas. I got the Black/Blue Sapphire one from my LFS.

This guy was in a tank with Tetras...some fin damage.

This guy was also from Petco. He was in his own jar, so perfect fins.


The funny thing about the first betta from Petco was that the guy who sold him to me was telling me, "It's weird. The bettas in our large tanks seem to be healthier than the bettas in the smaller cups." My reply was, "Well yeah, They dont have much room to swim in the cups and the water is dirty." DUH! Anyways, I then asked him, "Do you know if this is a Delta or if this is a veil tail betta?" He said, "I dont know anything about bettas, except that this one is a male. Would you like to speak to my manager?".........I said no. Anyways. I got a good find. Just waiting for his fins to grow back. It stinks he was missing so much. But he is so gorgeous!

I think I know why that betta was in the tank with the tetras. They never lock the tanks, so people can just dump any fish in any tank. But pretty fish!

I was also looking for some names. The black one is called Batman...=)...hence I had a my two that died named Pyro and Juggernaut. =)

cute Bettas! thank gawd you saved that poor red boy from the Tetra tank!! urgh, I'm not a fan of Petco. the 2 boys are definitely VT's, with very nice full finnage too.
