Please Help.

all the other FIsh are great and healthy

Well, you got me. The spots sound like ick. Guts hanging out sounds like a crushing wound. Have you moved any rock lately, or did any fall?

no i took all the rock out because i was treating my tank. don't know what happen to him i thought maybe the eil got him or maybe the lion fish but i was on his belly and the eil and lion are still very small.

you can put a lot of the info adrinal mentions in a signature so you don't have to re-type it every time. without any information about your tank there is no way to help. also needed is age of system (how long you've had it set up), and any recent additions.

temp and s.g. would be good to include too. I am assuming you took those readings after the fish died, and not, say, a week ago? Just checking...

Well, what and when was the last "little addition"? Those can bring in disease.

Big white blobs sounds more like fungus than ick but ya never know.
