my fish is missing some of her tail

I have three tetras and one of them is a female I know this bc she recently was pregnant and now I think she is pregnant again she is also missing the bottom half of her tail. does anyone know why she is missing some of her tail could my other tetra be nipping on her bc she's pregnant do you think she could have got some of her fin stuck in the filter

2 neon tetra 1 rummy noze and two dwarf frogs there in a fresh water 5 gallon tank I've had them since one day before Halloween I got the tank set up a few days before

Most probably one of the frogs had a go at her, she will be fine.
