just searched my type of fish bowl im going to put my betta in and it 2,6 gallons i thought it was about 1,5 gallons but i wasn't even close to how much water could fit in it

Bowls are not ideal due to the betta needing heating and fitlering, IMO your better off with a standard shaped tank, Bettas also need a large surface area to breathe from which the bowl will not provide

my bowl had got all that it is round and has a big square opening at the top ive ordered a heater to fit the bowl getting thermometer and they don't need a filter but just in case i might see what ones they have but i dont have the money to buy one yet i only got money to buy the heater

If you're having no filter you will have to do very regular water changes

No offense, but when you don't have enough money to buy the proper supplies to keep a Betta, then why even get one in the first place

Exactly, you best off waiting for the fish until you have a filter either that or its going to cost you more in water/water safe with daily water changes

im not getting betta yet not for ages it turns out the place the pet shop orders the heaters the size i need are sold out and the place they get theirs from they are sold out to soo this might take a while :/

I can somehwat agree on the lack of filtration if a person is will to change the water everyday. I had 2 of my boys in unfiltered 3g tanks for a while (they were heated) and they did just fine. Since then, I have moved them to filtered tanks, as I was tired of changing water daily

+1 please make sure you have everything that you need to keep a healthy betta before buying one. Your tank is really too small to keep a betta in long term.
