My first red half-moon

Ain't he a beauty? He's my first red half-moon.

Couldn't resist it when I dropped by a local betta farm (Straits Aquariums) two days ago.

Fell in love with the black edging on the caudal.

Hi Joep,

My previous red super delta female had gone to betta heaven sometime ago. So I haven't got a suitable female for him.

He's shown interest in a young female neighbour but she's a blue crown tail. Guess he'll just have to wait.

Edit: Will be on the lookout for a red female half-moon with similar black edging on her caudal.
