I got my first peppered cories ever today. They are in my 29. They are sooo cute I think im in luv!!! As soon as I took them out of the bag they went to work immediatly trying to find things inside of the sand.
I jus wanted so advice for them. Is there anything I should know about them thats might make them feel more at home in my tank? Would they be ok with angels, rams, apistos and neons, and hatchet?

Thanx and sorry for all the questions.

As always thanx in advance

KC

Dont see them having any problems with those fish though Ive never kept apistos.Great little cory.I keep a mixture of peppered.albino.bronze and pandas together in my 55g.No problems whatsoever with them.
There is a profile in the fish index for them which will give you a good bit of information
Good luck and enjoy
ps --keep an eye on the angel/neons which is more likely to cause problems in the future

No,they dont eat poo.
They just forage on the tank floor for food.

Hmm might get a few- What will eat my poo?! (Well not mine! The fishes!)

One thing about Peppered Corys that i have read is that they like slightly cooler water in the 18-23°C (64 - 73°F) range. Having said that, i keep my tank at 77°F (25°C) and my Peppered's do fine.
