Hi All,

My tank has been running a little over a week now, and I've beed to the LFS a few times for water tests etc, each time there has been a change in levels but the Ph has remaided consistent.

I'm happy my tank was mature (we reused water, along with a used filter, gravel, ornaments etc).

On Saturday, I got some Pearl Danio's (I think they were peral, they are yellow and thin?).
We have 6 in there, swimming around and seem to be enjoying it. We're feeding them several flakes between them once a day and will be going back to the LFS on Saturday to ensure the levels have remained OK.

There does seem to be one fish who is intent on nipping the others (it looks like he is nipping them) if they bump into him. Would you suggest removing him, or keeping an eye on what is going on to ensure he is not causing damage?

We're going to look at a couple of Gourami's as our "centrepiece", along with a couple of shrimps and maybe a couple of guppy's (dont' want to over crowd the tank). My partner and I have comprimsed on getting 10 Cardinal Tetra's (I like Rummy Nose, she likes Neon's but I dno't want the neons for fear of them being boring!). We won't be getting the tetra's though until the tank has matured some more.

Thanks for all of your help on here :)
