If anyone can tell from these readings that I am doing something wrong please say...

I'm no whizz on readings but i can tell you that the plant with light green leaves with a darker band down the centre on the right hand side is not a true aquatic plant. Its actually a marsh plant and completely submerged under water it'll rot then die in the long term, causing a horrible ammonia spike that potentially can get worse. I'd take it out, put it in a pot and grow it in your house ;) But in the tank its no good i'm afraid.

Alot of LFS sell them as tropical plants, which isnt entirely true. I've never seen one last more than a few months in a tank.
